Adobe unveiled the Adobe Experience Cloud, a cloud service that provides a comprehensive service for improving the customer experience of companies.
Adobe also launched an ad management platform’Adobe Advertising Cloud’ that covers TV and digital formats.
According to the company, Adobe Experience Cloud provides the tools that companies need to create competitive customer experiences based on solutions, scalable platforms, and partner ecosystems.
Solutions included in the Adobe Experience Cloud include’Adobe Marketing Cloud’, an end-to-end ad management platform’Adobe Advertising Cloud’, and customer data that integrates and optimizes various marketing activities across customer journeys. ‘Adobe Analytics Cloud’, which provides real-time analysis and insights.
Experience Cloud also works with Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud to help create and distribute content smoothly.
The new’Advertising Cloud’ is an integrated ad management platform that combines Adobe’s recent acquisition of TubeMogul’s cross-channel video advertising technology with Adobe Media Optimization (AMO).
With the Adobe Advertising Cloud, advertisers can simplify the planning and purchasing process of video, display, and search ads across multiple channels and screens.
Adobe Advertising Cloud is linked to AMO Search (AMO Search), a search management platform,’AMO Demand Side Platform (AMO DSP)’ that automates display, social, video, and programmatic TV purchases, and Creative Cloud. It consists of’AMO Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO)’ that exposes personalized advertisements based on customer interests and preferences.
More than 1,000 global companies, including Allstate, Ford, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oreal and MGM, have already advertised about $3.5 billion per year through the Adobe Advertising Cloud. The company said it was executing.
